Generating everything for the jdk/ project. Corba and Nashorn remain.
Removed net472 builds for IKVM.Java.runtime.linux and osx.
Run a tool to convert IKVM.Java ref assembly into an actual ref assembly. Needs some work since ikvmc is sort of unhappy with a pure ref assembly. But this reduces the size by over half.
Remove SourceLink for now. This is causing unnecessary rebuilds.
